PDFcrest provides free online PDF tools for personal and professional use. You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.

• You must only upload files you own or have permission to process
• You must not use the service to process illegal or harmful content
• You must not attempt to disrupt or damage the service in any way

3. Your Content and Files

You retain full ownership of all files you upload to PDFcrest. By uploading a file, you grant PDFcrest a temporary, limited license solely to process that file as requested. This license expires immediately upon completion of processing and file deletion.

• You own your files — we never claim any rights to them
• Files are used only for the operation you requested
• All files are permanently deleted after processing

4. Free Service

PDFcrest provides its core PDF tools completely free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce optional premium features in the future, but core functionality will always remain free. We will never charge for tools that are currently free without prior notice.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

PDFcrest is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain high quality and reliability, we cannot guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from use of the service.

• We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee it
